1. Who we are
Ellivie AI Studio is a private content creation, planning and publishing tool operated for EllivieHome. This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when the service is used and when third-party accounts are connected.
2. Information we may process
Depending on the features you use, Ellivie AI Studio may process account identifiers, profile information made available by connected platforms, access and refresh tokens, product information, social media drafts, captions, images, videos, audio, publishing schedules, publication status, analytics, error logs and technical information required to operate the service.
3. How we use information
Information is used to provide the requested features, authenticate connected services, create and store content, schedule and publish approved posts, retrieve publishing status and performance information, diagnose errors, improve reliability and protect the service from unauthorized use.
4. TikTok and other connected platforms
When TikTok, Shopify, Instagram, Facebook or another supported platform is connected, Ellivie AI Studio only uses the permissions granted through that platform's authorization process. Information received from a connected platform is used to provide the corresponding integration features. The connected platform's own privacy policy and terms also apply to your use of that platform.
5. Storage and security
Application data may be stored in managed cloud database and object-storage services used by Ellivie AI Studio. We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect stored information, including controlled access and protected handling of connected-account credentials and tokens.
6. Sharing of information
We do not sell personal information. Information may be transmitted to service providers and third-party platforms only as needed to operate Ellivie AI Studio, host application data, process authorized publishing actions or comply with applicable law.
7. Data retention
Information is retained for as long as needed to operate the service, maintain publishing history and reliability, meet legal obligations or resolve technical issues. Connected-account credentials can be removed by disconnecting the relevant integration, and stored application data may be deleted when it is no longer required.
8. Your choices
You can stop future access to a connected platform by disconnecting the integration or revoking Ellivie AI Studio's access from the relevant platform account. You may also contact us to request information about, correction of or deletion of data associated with the service where applicable.
9. International processing
Cloud and platform providers may process information in countries other than your own. Where applicable, we rely on the safeguards and contractual protections provided by those services and applicable data-protection law.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when Ellivie AI Studio, its integrations or legal requirements change. The current version will remain available on this page and the updated date will be shown above.
